I want to highly recommend Computer CPR to ALL! After watching Geek Squad do an epic fail on retrieving data from my hard drive, Nathan at Computer CPR answered my e-mail during off hours Sunday night. I took my hard drive into Nathan the next day and within one hour he had retrieved the data, the “experts” at Geek Squad said they could not find. Nathan had it all transferred over to my backup box by the time time I came in to pick it up 2 hours later. Wow! I got a chance also to talk to Michael, who operates the store to thank him. He was very nice. The price they charged for retrieval was very fair and well worth it. Forget Geek Squad. Computer CPR is the way to go.
